Session 17

 19th January 2022

sunny, chilly

Wednesday

to have a sore throat =  a te durea in gat

Everyone in this video is trying to impress their friends with lies. For example the group of four friends at the cafe posting a picture with all four of them and labelling it ''spending quality time with my friends.''   Another lie on Insta is when you post a picture first in the morning as the girl in the video trying to show them how different you are than the others.  The office girl takes a photo of her tidy desk when, in reality , her desk is untidy. One of the boys tried on a pile of shirts and took a lot of photos to post just one on Instagram.
In a nutshell, on Instagram people are showing a fake life as a continuous lie.

tidy # untidy
 ordonat # dezordonat

untidy = chaos = mess

burn - out = epuizare

In the video above we saw a girl whose social life was only online. In fact she didn't go to the gym or running, she didn't go to a date, or she didn't eat healthy. She realised in the end that she had to get out from her bubble and to start living her life.

The common idea of these videos is the social media life is almost all the time a lie.
IT ISN'T HEALTHY TO TRY TO BE LIKED BY EVERYONE. IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO LIKE YOURSELF!
